These Terms govern your use of mailgenarator.com (the "Service"), operated by Hustle Toronto in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. What the Service is
MailGenerator provides free, temporary email addresses that can receive messages for a limited time. Addresses and messages are deleted automatically after 5 days. The Service is receive-only: you cannot send email from it.
2. Temporary inboxes are not private
Temporary addresses are not protected by a password. Anyone who knows an address may be able to read its messages. Don't use MailGenerator for banking, payments, healthcare, government services, work accounts or any account you may need to recover later.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law or regulation;
- commit fraud, including payment fraud, identity fraud or abuse of free trials or promotions;
- create accounts in bulk, or run bots or automated scripts against the Service;
- send, request or store illegal content, including child sexual abuse material;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
We may block addresses, IP addresses or domains that we believe are being used for abuse, and we may cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
4. Intellectual property
The MailGenerator name, logo, website design and articles belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to our articles. You may not copy or republish them without permission.
5. Third-party content and links
Emails you receive are written by third parties, not by us. We don't review them and aren't responsible for their content. The same applies to third-party websites linked from our site or from received messages. Be careful with links and attachments from senders you don't know.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge. We don't guarantee that it will always be available, that every message will be delivered, or that messages will be kept for any particular time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, access or profits, resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
9. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
