About

MailGenerator is a free temporary email service built and run by the Hustle Toronto team in Toronto, Canada. We started it in 2024 for a simple reason: almost every website now asks for an email address before you can read an article, download a file or try a free tool, and most of those addresses end up on marketing lists you never asked to join.

A temporary address solves that. You get a working inbox in one click, use it for the sign-up, read the confirmation email, and then let it expire. Your real inbox never hears about it.

How MailGenerator works

Instant address. When you open the site, an address is created for you automatically. There's no form to fill in and no password.
Receive only. The inbox can receive email, including verification codes and links. It can't send email, which keeps it from being used to spam others.
Automatic deletion. Messages and addresses are removed after 5 days. You can also delete your address at any time.
Change anytime. Click "Change" to pick a new name for your address.

What we believe

Be honest about limits. A temporary inbox is not a private mailbox. We tell you plainly not to use it for banking, work or any account you'll need to recover. Our guides explain when temp mail is the right tool and when an email alias or a second real account is better.

Collect as little as possible. We don't ask who you are, and we delete messages automatically. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we store and for how long.

No abuse. We block addresses and traffic that are used for fraud or mass account creation. See our Terms of Service.
